You may receive a text from us from time to time, asking for an update on your details such as smoking status or ethnic origin. It is not a scam so please reply if you are able.

An example that we sent out recently is below:

“We need up-to-date ethnicity details from our patients to help us manage our COVID-19 response. This information will also be helpful in managing your health in the future. The following questions ask about this.
